Scheduling a session is just a few clicks away: Panda Pros FA21:1 September 3, 2021 Tip #2: Sharing Canvas Items to Colleagues You can share information, assignments, or modules from your course with other Canvas instructors even if you are not the instructor in the other person ’ s course. There are two (2) ways to share an item. 1) Go to the item in your course and click on the three dot drop down option which is next to the Edit button. You do not have to be in edit mode: Using “ Send To ” you can send it directly to an individual using their user name (first part of email without @nw …) After you send it, they will see a notification in their Global Account profile. When they access their global account menu, it will show the notification next to shared content. When they click on the Shared Content, it will allow them to preview, import it into their course or delete it. When they choose Import, it will ask them for the course where they want to add it. 2) The second option is more efficient for sharing with multiple people and that is to share the resource to Canvas Commons.
